Tim Burton Early Work

In 1982, Tim Burton worked as an apprentice animator at Disney. Not surprisingly, his style didn’t fit the Disney aesthetic, so he created this independent short, stop motion animated film titled “Vincent.” Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe, this early work of Tim Burton demonstrates why he’s so genius.

This Tim Burton short made me fall in love with German Expressionism.
